They don't have to be HIS babies, he just wants Will babies in general. (He does love kids, even if he is useless with them - Will's kids would still be his kids but not a problem for the line of succession, but he just wants them cos he reckons they'd be adorable)
The problem is getting Will to agree to have babies X3 It's not impossible, he might change his mind later... but it's unlikely.
