I don't think Lyress have the strength to run knowing she's not very strong right now, she did walk for hours after all.
Also when were the last time she ate something? If she can do anything it would be to walk to the exit but not fast I'm sure.

Considering how emaciated she is, the last ate sometime two weeks ago or more, really. (I imagine dragon metabolisms to be able to survive without food longer than a human's kind of like a reptile's, but not to such lengths since they're still warm-blooded)
