Description 2021

The deadmates are a pleasant exception in the sense that they cannot die, no matter how much you harm them. Bullets and blades often get them, they may feel pain, they may get offended by this - but they will not die.
Despite this important quality, usually they are still not happy with anyone wanting to poke them with sharp objects. You have to negotiate with them or with Ghost, both is difficult and may turn very expensive. But if you find yourself a companion who thinks exactly like you, because heΒ isΒ you, it becomes much less of a problem immediately.

Any medic himself is interested in what is inside him, especially if he possesses a body like this. Pain? Oh, you've just never been curious enough if some pain stops you!

Sturm has been changed inside as much as on the outside. His lungs, heart and stomach all appear the same - like large fleshy sacs - and occupy almost the entire internal cavity. In fact, this is one whole organ with four "petals", all of which perform the same function: converting blood into uber-liquid and dispersing it throughout the body. In appearance, it looks similar to just four lungs, but in fact it has a much denser structure with many small chords, which makes its structure closer to that of a heart. Contraction occurs with the help of "breathing", with the help of the muscles of the chest, muscular walls of the petals and internal strings, the "beat" is very slow and Sturm has practically no pulse. On the inhale, the cavity expands and sucks in both air and blood. On the exhalation, the converted liquid flows through the body. When in the dark, Sturm can be seen slowly, dully blinking to the beat of his breathing.

All technical elements, tubes and flasks sticking out of him are also parts of his body tightly grown into each other, and it is not so easy to separate them.
