Yeah. It is more or less completely vectorized. But it was only partially vectorized before the update, when I named this submission. As opposed to now, after the update, since I've completed the work. I think. I just lacked the inspiration to come up with a better name. Though that implies that Partially Vectorized is a decent name...
Oh yeah, I drew the clouds freehand, with a selection tool. So I guess its not 100% vector. Scandalous, I know. Shhh.
