Drawn Frame-by-Frametotal work time: 150 minutes (includes a bathroom break & a snack break)

I was extremely excited to get my Cintiq in today, so my first project was used to get me back into animating! Here's a quick running loop that was drawn entirely by hand.... on my monitor of course ^_^.

Thanks for the compliments on the running guy, he's actually the main character for that Dragonball Z parody thing that i'm trying to work on. But he's going to have a shirt on most of the time XD (Unlike Goku, who gets his shirt blown off all the time)

the Cintiq 21UX is a "monitor", not a tablet, a 21" perfect color monitor that you can draw right onto and it swivels 360 degrees, leans completely flat and almost straight up vertically. Has touch strips on each side of the monitor (as well as 6 extra buttons on each side) all of them customizeable for each program you can imagine. The screen sorta feels like paper and the screen is seemless with the outer border of the monitor. It's a flatscreen LCD.
The last time Goku let all of his power let loose and didn't protect his pants, he was sued by Shonen Jump hahaha XD

but hell yeah its a 21" i dindt know that
so does it act as a second monitor?? can u hook it up so u can do dual monitors?

yea, you can do dual monitors and everything (as long as you have the video card to support multiple monitors at the same time)
But i decided to get rid of my other two monitors i previously had and just work solely on the Cintiq. This way i have more room to work and sketch on it and there's more room to swivel it.
It's native output is DVI, so make sure your video card supports DVI (it comes with a VGA adapter but the results don't look as good as with straight DVI)
