I'm also convinced that this is the BEST combination of clothing in Dark Souls 3. It just looks so fancy and cool... sadly it weighs a bit.

Vitality is the bane of min maxing.

I really wish that Vitality only stood for how good you are at absorbing damage rather than weight carrying.
Another reason I love Bloodborne more. Sure you only get trench coats for the most parts as fashion, but at least you don't have to worry about fat rolling!
