Description
I was messing around with rain effects and learned how to create a smoke effect which was really easy. My OC isn't afraid of getting burned in rain, which obviously makes him a complete idiot. I also was trying perspective again, I'm not sure if I made it just right but I guess it looks ok but still isn't exactly good.Cromesethos (c) me

Well Crome isn't resistant to water, he's just crazy and will look like a burn piece of toast after that. He just doesn't react and it does hurt him a lot, it's just like someone who has a straight face on while being beaten.

Lol maybe i will, he only really does stupid stuff like this when he is depressed and in a whole lot of rps he had a habit off jumping in water fountains when depressed or running into water to avoid someone.

No I used Photoshop on this one and Gimp is still very good to use, but you have to go to the GIMP site to download it, do not go to any other site because those other sites give you corrupted downloads.

Well I used photoshop and with the rain I created a new layer on top and used the paint bucket tool to colored it white. I then went to filters and added noise to it, by setting it to Gaussian and the noise amount to 87 and checking monochromatic. I then went to motion blur on the blur filter and used that. I then went to edit and transform with rotate 180 degrees and changed the opacity of the layer to somewhere around 80 then set the layer with the rain to screen. it works well with dark backgrounds and if I got this wrong then I have to admit i suck at explaining things and is a really slow typer. I also used a deferrent layer for the smoke and water streaks.
