Description Only in the sketching stage, my take on Turbo Man from Mega Man 7.

In a desperate attempt to try to fix and win a race, Dr Wily creates Turbo Man MKI, one of the fastest drag racers in the world. Because Dr Wily wanted to cover all his options, he created the Robot Master so he could transform between vehicle and battle modes.

This first incarnation is based on a drag car racer.
