This is "Create a Touhou Character" eXtended, an edit of create.swf (Touhou 15 version).

If you want to backup/transfer your save data you can try using this.

Updates:
9/7/17: The scene title is now abbreviated when it gets too long.
9/4/17: The camera can now be manipulated with the middle mouse button(hold shift/control to zoom/rotate). The camera can also be zoomed by holding control and using the mouse wheel. Disabling auto prop size now uses the correct speech bubble size. Zooming the camera no longer makes images difficult to click on. 
8/13/17: Prop effect "attached" bugfixes and improvements, "attached" effect now handles flipping correctly. Prop effects can now have their targets changed from their options menu.
8/11/17: Added effects "outline" and "attached" .
7/26/17: Fixed hair color saving issue. Added effect:"theater mode = hide".
7/24/17: Added "Hat" to character detach menu. renamed shoe "Minoriko" to "Barefoot". Yoshika arms and Barefoot now work with custom skin colors. Fixed a vanilla create.swf compatibility issue(correct backgrounds should load from old saves now).

I've recently discovered a problem, likely on my end. If I leave the Anti Alias Images box checked, I can import props, seemingly drag-able and all, but they're always invisible, regardless of their Opacity. On the other hand, if I leave the Anti Alias Images box unchecked, I can import my props and they'll be visible, but resizing and/or rotating them turns them pixelated. If I want to import visible props and use them, and if I want them to look proper, I've got to keep them at Scale: 100 and Rotation: 0. This will likely not do for me.

I've already attempted to delete and reinstall the program, but that failed, and if this matters in the slightest, I use the offline version and open it using Internet Explorer. (Although I'm not sure why that would affect anything, I felt it was worth mentioning.) Please; I request your assistance.

This problem seems to happen with the vanilla create.swf as well. the problem seems to only happen in google chrome, using firefox or a flash projector seems to work ok.(The newest flash projector is a tad finicky when first loading create.swf extended though)

Thank you very much! Normally (for me), tech problems take far longer to solve. "First do this, reinstall this, go here, download this, replace this, open settings, change those, pat your tummy, rub your head, stand on one foot and jump through a ring of fire, etc." Everything seems to be working just as it should be.

The insert->image menu is working for me.
You could try the newest flash projector and see if that works better.

Also, while I"m thinking of it, there's a little problem with the "Moriya Shrine Room" backgrounds. trying to select the one without the door still gives me the one with the door.

Ok I found the problem, both of the rooms have identical names which confuses the sorted name selector. I've uploaded a new version with it fixed.

Vanilla create.swf had anti aliasing already, a recent update to create.swf extended broke the anti aliasing so I had to fix it, but I made it an option so people can disable it.

in create.swf extended the mouth is changed with the numpad keys, and the eyes, with the regular number keys.

So, the text bubble problem may have been fixed, but there are still issues with it.

When I go to open a scene and open a text bubble, it types fine, but all of the functions that work when you have nothing selected react to what you type. For example, pressing the spacebar key while typing in the text bubble activates theater mode. And yet for some reason, when I went to another scene, and then went back to the scene I was working on, everything seemed to be working fine. This isn't necessarily a huge problem, but it's something you probably might want to take a look at. (Or maybe it's just my computer. It could be that too.)

Yeah i noticed the issue just after i updated it yesterday, but my update system required me to wait a day before posting another update.

This is awesome! Great job!

But one problem though. That damn text bug is back!!! Whenever I type in a bubble, it never exits "text mode" and I have to to manually press the "next scene" button just so I can. (Which sometimes doesn't work since I'm on theater mode and when I press the space bar it just types it onto the bubble.)

for now, you can get around it by double clicking just above the text.

Great work.  I really like what you've done with it.  I've got a few bugs to report, though, before this truly becomes useful.

First, when saving a scene that uses asset pack materials, many of the properties don't get saved.  What this means is that when returning to the scene, the objects in question go bonkers with arbitrary scale, blur, and other oddities.  Even worse, I was unable to change the scale back with these items in question, even though positioning and rotating worked.  It worked beautifully the first time, though.  As it stands, I cannot even use the asset pack system if it won't save the information to the scene.

Second, when using a background with more than one alternative('b' key toggle), it also is not saved to the scene.  When going back to the scene, it may use a different alternative than was previously selected.  This is only a major issue when trying to stage recorded animations via scene toggling.

Third, when creating a new part, any characters that are duplicated from the old scene don't have their mouth and eyes saved properly in the new part.  Changing back and forth will cause new eyes and mouths to appear each time randomly.  This one is only a minor annoyance as setting the mouth and eyes before saving the scene seems to fix it.

Thanks for the information I've put out an update fixing some of the issues.

1. Apparently the custom names broke their save data so they were removed.
2. Fixed.
3. I cannot replicate the issue, I've tried vanilla character parts, extended character parts, and I've even tried loading a vanilla save data of a scene and added a new part, and the character still remained fine.

I can't figure out why bug number 3 showed up last time.  It never showed up before lastnight.  Perhaps that one was one of those rare, hard to find bugs.

But I've remapped the alpha/zoom controls to page up/down.

Didn't expect to come back so soon but, when you save and load a character using improved hair color (tails,ears,ect.) they appear black until you change a part. I alpha/beta test games so after a while of that you just find bugs when messing around. While this isn't a "omg fix this its the end of the world" type thing it would be convenient to people who constantly use OCs that use the improved hair color feature, which from what ive seen from the program convenience is your primary goal.

I actually thought of that being a potential issue, and tested it before I released that update, and I've tested it again just now, and the accessories were recolored instantly upon loading.
I even tried disabling advanced hair recolor to see if there was an issue there.
So I'm not able to reproduce the bug.

Hmm just in case, are you using the newest version?
And what DNA are you loading?

the dna i'm using is 3.4:Rodge A.B.:100:186:30:49:3:3:9:34:0:7:9:33438B:FFF1DD, the tails and ears turn black when i load him. And no update msg is popping up so i'm pretty sure i'm using the latest update.

I figured it out, it's using the default hair color when it loads instead of what is specified in the dna, I'll look into a fix.
