Well, maybe you could manipulate plain-text #password# somehow by retrieving it manually with InputText and convert characters to random numbers and !SetVariable stuff but I don't think so, it would be utterly useless, cause then you would also have to store somewhere every random number assigned to each character. It may sound better than nude-password but it is still %100 vulnerable.

Just let's hope simple cryptography functions and APIs will be added to Rainmeter someday, at least as a plugin.
