Forty-ninth pic from the 100 Themes Art Challenge!

My first idea for this was a large anthro picture set at a dock, with a zebra in a sergeant's uniform flogging a tiger tied to a whipping post, thereby showing the stripes of the zebra, the sergeant stripes, the stripes of the tiger, and the striped wounds across the tiger's back.

Time and compromise have brought it down to this.

Anyway, at least the next one will end the first half...
