Description There have been stranger combinations of fandoms, but this one is rather far out...

This is based on the song As I Went Out One Morning by Bob Dylan . The man on the left is supposed to be Bob Dylan, while the girl on the right is the maiden from the song, who I have portrayed as Sissi from Code Lyoko in something like her "Juliet" outfit from "Laughing Fit".

My least favourite element of this picture is the hat, which seems perched rather impossibly over Dylan's head. The picture is not as good as I want it to be, but it's probably as good as I can get it.

The cover of the album John Wesley Harding in which "As I Went Out One Morning" was released.

Cool!! I love your portrayal of Bob Dylan in the style of CL! He looks great! ^.^

You did a really nice job on Sissi too! You really nailed the look she had in "Laughing Fit". The background you made for this is amazing! The picket fence is too neat! This is really an awesome cross-over! Very clever, indeed! Fantastic work, SamBlob!

Sorry if I'm gonna sound like an ignorant, but I haven't heard much from him. Maybe one or two songs. House Of The Rising Sun and The Tambourine Man (if he sings that one)... I know he's veyr famous, though.

Dylan wrote and sang several great songs. He didn't write "House of the Rising Sun", though. It's an old folk song that he covered.

The songs he wrote and sang include (among many others...) : "Blowin' In The Wind", "The Times They Are A Changin'", "Knockin' On Heaven's Door", "A Hard Rain's A Gonna Fall", "Mr. Tambourine Man", "Like A Rolling Stone", and "It's Alright, Ma (I'm Only Bleeding)".

One he co-wrote with Rick Danko of The Band was "This Wheel's On Fire". The cover of this song performed by Julie Driscoll and Adrian Edmondson is the theme song for Absolutely Fabulous

I'm such an ass. I've heard some of those songs, some covered. They were good, but I got sick of the Guns N' Roses cover.

Btw, why the hell you haven't been at LF? We got Dylan and OBoy busted, just to let you know. LF ain't the same shit without you. The forum's much better now. Except that for your interests, AngelBolt, BlueArmorBoy and erikamisha (last two with BKO access) are still there, but they're harmless.

Which one did G'n'R cover?

I'm either on an extended hiatus or I've faded away. I'm not sure which yet. LF is O.K., but sleep is rather more necessary...

They have covered "Knocking On Heaven's Door" years ago.

Heh.... I should be sleeping right now. Btw, OBoy got banned two days ago (that asshole has gone insane and bitching around). You might be surprised to learn new things about him from Freestyle Bullshit Reloaded and from Expiration Date...

"House of the Rising Sun" is an old folk song that Dylan covered. He wrote "Mr. Tambourine Man" though.

He also wrote (and sang) : "Blowin' In The Wind", "The Times They Are A'Changin'", "Knocking On Heaven's Door" and several other songs.
