Description
This is fanart because its not really a picture of Michael Caine so much as it is of the character Jack Carter, which he portrayed in the movie Get Carter.I did this pencil sketch a few months ago. I submitted it now so I can retire the sketch pad in peace.
Jack Carter, Get Carter (c) Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer
P.S.: Doesn't look that much like either Michael Caine or Jack Carter now, does it?

I agree with Mewberries! You did a good job on constructing the face. Nice details!

Aww, even if it doesn't resemble either (although I personally can see a lot of Michael Caine in the shape of the face and jaw ), you definitely did an excellent job on constructing the face and making it look realistic.
Nicely done!

Thank you.
...and now that I look at it more closely I see that I left most of the construction lines in... I should probably send this to Scraps...
IMO, Jack Carter just looks evil and menacing in a way Caine never looks otherwise, not even when portraying other criminals.

You're welcome.
Awww ^^
Ooo, true. I think the meanest and most menacing I've ever seen Michael Caine was in the Muppet Christmas Carol where he played Scrooge, and even then, he wasn't super evil.

While I haven't seen The Muppet Christmas Carol, I am rather certain that Jack Carter is rather worse than Scrooge... [link]

I'd have to say that's definitely true there.
