Lineart done with gel pen and marker with some cleanup with MSPaint.Jeanne coloured with washable markers and coloured pencils, with some cleanup with ArcSoft PhotoImpression 3.
Background coloured with ArcSoft PhotoImpression 3.
Not bad for a right-handed artist using his left hand, eh?
