I was surfing around dA when I saw this lineart: [link] by ~The-Eliminator .

I coloured the lineart as an anthro cat and sent a copy of the result to ~The-Eliminator In reply, he gave me permission to post the coloured version on the condition that I credit for the lineart and link back to the original.

However, he also replied that the girl was not supposed to be an anthro cat but a regular anime girl wearing cat ears. I therefore decided not to post that version, but printed an intermediate step before I coloured her face and body and coloured that print.

The picture was coloured traditionally with markers and coloured pencils, with some enhancement and background filling using ArcSoft PhotoImpression 3. Unfortuately, this resulted in the pink of the tube top, the inside of the cat ears, and the tongue, becoming the same colour as the red of the bikini top, so I coloured those using PhotoImpression to look like the original colour, except for the tongue which is a little darker.
