Well, the spines down his back are a feature "borrowed" from Emerald by *chibi-jen-hen ...
The hair was the only thing I could think of to identify the dragon definitely as Ulrich; the only other dragon I can remember seeing with hair on his head is Elliot from Pete's Dragon. (BTW, I hope you don't mind the bird feet I gave Ulrich!)
Yep, this is one of the quarrels from Not Your Average Fairy Tale, although it's not based on any specific quarrel.
Take a look around Ulrich's wing and you'll see that someone is following or chasing the red dragon...

I do like the bird feet for Ulrich's dragon form. They're almost hawk-like too, which suits Ulrich's character rather well in a way.
The hair and spines were really nice touches.
