We are Jamaicans, an accursed lot
Who crawl along the ground from day to day.
Where once we had great minds there's only rot,
A nation of corruption and decay.
For orderly procession, rules must be,
And order is the key to swift progress,
But all of this Jamaicans cannot see,
So, for personal gain, we all transgress.
Who gains respect is who can flaunt the rules
And get away with as much as he can.
What rascals we all are! What bloody fools
To think thievery is what makes the man!
Churches abound here, which is very well
For this benighted country bound for Hell!
