I based this on two or three pictures of the man I was trying to draw, but I'm still not confident enough that it looks like him enough for me to identify who I was trying to draw.
I am a bit amazed that anyone would envy the way I draw faces, because that was a particularly weak area for me before I joined dA. There are three pieces of advice I can give: look for as many tutorials as you can and learn what you can from the ones that make sense, look at faces or photos of faces and observe where and how they bulge and sink, and... the universal one... practice!
Oh, yes, and part of the observing of faces and how the bulge and sink is to answer the question: "This drawing I did looks wrong, but *why* does it look wrong?" I did a lot of that...
