This started from a sketch I drew some months ago while waiting for lunch. I figured I'd clean it up a little and post it in my scraps, but I got a bit carried away, adding a background and colouring it all until I ended up with this.Related content

The Rising Sun part of the background was done entirely with MSPaint while the ocean part of the background (not including my symbol, which I copied from the one I made for my avatar) was done entirely with PhotoImpression. The waves are lines sprayed on with the spray tool and smudged over with the smudge tool.
