I was wandering around dA and came across the work of *bear48 , including his drawing of a Curtiss Junior: [link] . I faved the drawing immediately.I saw it again in my Random Favourites and decided to colour it and send it to him. He gave me permission to add the result to my gallery if I credited the lineart.

Nope they just put a βclearβ dope over an unbleached fabric. It darkens the fabric a great deal but it was an ecru.
