Hey bitches!!!! (in the nicest way possible)THIS HAS BEEN SO LONG IN THE MAKING! First I hurt my shoulder again, so I was slow. Plus I've been doing renovations at home. And then my dog got really sick, and I rushed him to the 24 hr emergency vet in the middle of the night, then took him to the regular vet the next day, which is the same day that my partner's parents flew in to visit. I haven't stopped. But my little Pippin (that's my doggy) is okay; he had acute pancreatitis, needed fluids and was in a lot of pain. I didn't think I'd get so emotional over it, but I did. I love the fucker TT___TT
Anyways, LOOK PAGE 6!!!! And what an involved page it is. Also, don't hate me. I never said this doujin had a happy ending.

I have so much to say about this page oh god
I really like how there is an off-voice, the medic, talking through it all, and we don't really understand if it's Sasuke or Naruto who's hearing that voice, because they both are in pain and falling unconscious at the end..
Naruto drowning was my favorite part because you drew it in parallel with Sasuke screaming, it's as if Sasuke's scream of utter pain was waking Naruto, pulling him out of unconsciousness, as if Naruto wanted to help Sasuke
I must say I love how Kakashi is holding Sasuke's hand in a gesture of comfort and to keep him down while they try to save him, you can read on Kakashi's face that he's worried, so cute~
Naruto trying to reach Sasuke breaks my heart, his look of desperation, his brows furrowing because he can't reach him but want to so badly...
and then the last panel, Naruto failing, a look of sadness on his face while Sasuke drifts in unconsciousness...And those words, "We're losing him..." GAH so much FEELS whyy ;-;Β

Oh god stop it I don't want so many emotions at once!! This is such an evocative page. It's amazing how the little things can really bring a whole hell of a lot out like that. And I absolutely love the image of Naruto nearly drowning and then rfacing. It just doesn't get much more powerful than this. It really doesn't.

If we're not careful, we're going to start RPing in public. I'm sure most of my watchers would appreciate that, actually...pervs.
Once again, you got me 100% And I will say it over and over if I have to, because I almost can't believe how well you get me xD
There are a lot of things that never get explored in astory, especially a doujinshi because it just takes so long to make a page, I don't want to be providing every little detail. The readers have to figure it out for themselves. For instance, I'm not planning to focus too much on Kakashi, even though he's extremely important, 'cause this is not about him. But you can bet he's definitely in a lot of emotional pain. People tend to forget that Sasuke was his favorite because he saw so much of himself in him. Seeing the normally reserved Sasuke screaming like that is gonna make Kakashi's heart ache.
What would be interesting is to see why Naruto turned 4-tails in the first place, and Kakashi's guilt over possibly not being able to prevent that from happening. Though honestly, I have no idea why Naruto turned.
You've also got the stuff about the red chakra pretty much figured out. Though I will say, it's not transferable in a way that it would completely leave Sasuke for another host, but like you said, it can affect other people if they try to remove it etc. I'll explore that later ^^

I think that would be pretty interesting to see, although I have no idea what could possibly set Naruto so over the edge with all things considered. He technically shouldn't be able to hit this stage. I'm sure if Orochimaru stepped in earlier than in cannon or something absolutely severe happened it would do some damage but I still don't know if it would force him to go Four Tails. Maybe some fucktard poisoned him with something to bring the power of the Jinchuriki out?
I asuumed it couldn't host-jump, but it's a relief that it can't. Cause all sorts of fuck that. xD

Such a sad, yet beautiful page! You understand to increase the mood from dramatic suspense to utter despair. But you, like no other artist, kept the story totally in character. Like in canon the red chakra doesn't let the wound heal properly. Same happened to Sakura, but it was a mere scratch back then and she already had strong healing powers. Sasuke's injuries are far worse. They alone could have put him into a critical condition, the surplus poisoning of the red chakra is consecutively worsening this state. Severely wounded + red poison chakra = R.I.P. So far for the logic, but the heart is a totally other thing, so we all desperately wish Sasuke will survive this.
You really did a great job in panelling! The suspense is accelerated to an unbearable point, morphing into pity and despair. Sasuke looks so pitiful in the 11th panel that it feels absolutely genuine.
Along with Naruto's desperate, yet fruitless attempt to reach out on him in the 12th panel it really breaks my heart!
Please don't give up Sasuke! Naruto needs you!
I just can hope for your preference of happy endings at this moment! It's all up to you now, Satosanteru-sama!
I love simply everything about this page, even the sadness. But it wouldn't be like that if not for your splendid artwork.

Yes, I'm glad you understand why the wound is so serious. When I made the plot, I thought exactly of that time Naruto lightly scratched Sakura and how badly is weakened her, and how painful it was. Yay! You got it!
Right now, the story could go two very different ways, and each way would turn out very extreme. It will either be really happy, or get ready to cry a river sad. I've already decided which it will be a long time ago
