Just a little reminder or a heads-up, whatever you prefer. It takes a lot of time to make these pages. It bleeds me, sucks my life-force, steals my soul. So I hope there's an understanding that I won't be posting one of these a week; this is basically 3-4 pages full color worth of manga that I do each time. No asking when the next one will be out, oki-day?
I dedicate this to She is my new RP buddy, and I cannot express how amazing she is. We synchronize so well, we read each other's minds. We share the same ideas, the same kinks, she loves gardening, I love gardening. She loves Sasuke being beaten into submission...I love Sasuke being beaten...lol, she's awesome, k? Where have you been all my life. I worked on the majority of this page while we RP'd, so it's for u my sexy Sasuke.

God I can just hear this whole conversation in their voices and everything. It really hurts to think of the kind of exchange they must be having. Kakahsi is pissed, not only because Sasuke directly defied orders, but because he put himself and the others in severe danger. Kakahsi is right. Sasuke is very lucky that he doesn't get demoted or get removed from the missions list all together. But, in some respects, Sasuke is right. It was his doing that Kyuubi was kept under control. It was him who got Naruto the help he needed in that direct instant. What Kakashi would have been forced to do, most likely, is kill him. And that just wouldn't sit well with anyone. I would much rather have to punish my student for almost dying than be the one who has a hand in killing another. If I couldn't save all of them, it's one thing. I do understand where he'd be coming from. But at the same time I think he should be really grateful that he's putting a student on the rocks and not putting a student into the ground.
It sucks that Naruto has so little recollection. It's probably a good thing he thinks it was a dream, for now. I don't know if he could handle knowing he'd almost killed his closest friend and rival. Not at this point in cannon; not at any point, really. He cares so deeply for Sasuke, and I know that one of the reasons he's going after him is because he knows he can't live without him. not completely, at any rate. He'd be functional, of course, but he'd be a broken toy with a missing piece. You can't fix something if the part isn't even there.

You just get me. It's like you're in my brain, eating it or something. You just know exactly how I approach these sorts of things and my mindset behind it, 'cause you nailed everything you said. The only thing I'd mention is that Kakashi wouldn't stand a chance against the 4-tails alone, to kill him. But you're right, going back to the village may have meant that he recruit a group of Jonin to kill Naruto. But I was thinking more along the lines of a seal, like the ones Jiraiya uses. Surely someone else in the village knows some strong seals.

He's extremely grateful, he's just a bit hung up on the fact that he almost lost two students instead of possibly only one. I'm sure he'll express his gratitude quietly at some point ;] I know you understand that taking Sasuke down a few notches is to ensure that risky behavior doesn't become a habit. Kakashi's not enjoying it, in fact it's gutting him to have to do it.
I don't have an issue telling you how I plan to take this story, just not publicly. Bring it up during RP if you wanna know. But I will say that Naruto's amnesia is already starting to go away; as we see with his vague recollection of the dream. It's all just a matter of time before the truth comes crashing down on him. And anyone who is preceptive towards the way I make stories would figure that out. I love angst after all. Of course, hurting Sasuke isn't the only thing for him to remember ^_^
Shush!!! You deserve every line, every panel, every pixel! I've said this already but I don't think I can ever say it enough; I've been reaching out for a long time to find someone to RP with and just be really good friends, and you just walked right in. It's wonderful, you're giving me so much joy and inspiration. Are you kidding, I wanna meet you one day! So shaddap and take the dedication Sasuke-Teme!!!
