The edits that I did do were fairly minimal. I always do a bit of tweaking to restore the contrast and quality of the original. I have no scanner, so I resort to photographing drawings, which always makes them look washed out. So there's always some element of fixing the contrast etc.

And with this one, I decided to add a little texture. I tried to get some of that in with the actual pencil work, because I felt like it could use a less 'blended' and 'finished' look. I guess I wanted to get some of the character's energy and sharpness into it. And I tried to enhance this a little bit in PSP afterwards, using a slight texture.

Anyway, here is the piece without any of the edits, this is just the plain photo
