Description We open on our hero hanging by his boot. Or rather, hanging by his boot over the salivating jaws of a fleshy dragon. Pants drenched with urine, weapon gone, and plum out of luck, he won't last much longer. But hell, he lasted pretty damn long for an intern. Not that it really matters now. He's just another dame-less nerd about to be assimilated into the alien's digestive tract.

Yep, that's me. David Timothy Fisher, but everyone calls me Peaches. Ironic considering the circumstances; I don't even think the thing likes peaches.

My story starts as it ends, helpless and soaked in piss.

This works really well as an attention grabber for the chapter. Love the first line because it just vaguely slaps a mental picture on the reader without much to go on. As you read though, you see more and well...

That was hilarious.
