Hi!
I know this picture is really old and it's probably too late to give any advice but if you are not trained don't try to get on pointe shoes.
How I know you are not trained: The way you tied your ribbons with the bows, the bows you made with the elastics, the size of the pointe shoes, and the way you put feet, ankles and legs. All of those things are severely wrong.
Why you shouldn't do it: Pointe work is unnatural for your body, we're not meant to carry all our weight on the tips of our toes, or to bend our ankles like that. In order to stay safe while doing it you need technique and muscle strength, you would be surprised by how strong abs can affect the feet, so... try to get lessons the next time.
