Well, I'm REALLY running out of things to say... I mean, this part is about painting, not photoshopping... so.... the actual method is pretty much covered in the last two.And there will be even less to say on the next one....

Skin's very simple because it's just a basic gradation. At least in anime styles, anyway

Yeah, thank God for anime and simple coloring. XD It would be so much harder to actually color real skin...O_O;;;

I've never used to any of the selection tools when I color. I guess there's just a ton of stuff in photoshop that I have yet to notice.

The selection's good when you want an edge/border between the colours
