what do you recommend for someone whose heavy handed and bares down with pencils and has a hard time keeping it light? also I would like to see a fat lady tutorial too

i'd recommend the 2H pencil, but dont sharpen it,..in fact, try and keep it "bald" and rounded. Even pressing down hard on this pencil wont get much dark lead out.
