Description
Made on the 27th of March, is a piece dedicated to the What-if universe where BBC Alba launched in 1968.In those days until the 19th of September 2008, BBC Alba started up at 6:00am before closing down around 3:00am (sometimes later if an English-language film is shown), so mainly during their downtime until 6:00am they would usualy show Test Cards to fill the gap, however in 1990, BBC Alba designed an animated slide (featuring an blurred version of the COW globe, but it was animated as per usual) that was intended to follow Test Card F at the 5:00am hour and be played out before BBC Alba started up at 6:00am, but alas, it failed to launch, and was only tested around 4:00am on the 1st of April 1990 before dissapearing for Test Card F.
It also had a bilingual notice reminding viewers not to over excite themseleves as they were preparing to commence broadcasting at 6:00am.
