I feel like anything I could say would just be a repetition of your own artist's comments. The harsh light works very, very well here. It highlights her beautiful curves and the lines of her body, and it does so in a way that fragments the image, makes it just about curves and lines. It verges on becoming abstract, but the human figure is still discernable. As a result, the viewer is forced to study those curves and lines as a part of the human figure--where they are, how they interact, the shapes that they make. It's very effective, and stunningly beautiful. Very nicely done.
