Description
My submission for 's Mystery Contest.This is Morgana, nun, queen and sorceress, child of a fairy mother and human father, she who walks between worlds. In my story, she is Gawain's teacher and mentor.
Of my set of well-known Arthurian characters, Morgana is one of those that I have most fully appropriated. I don't think Thomas Malory and ChrΓ©tien de Troyes would recognise her easily

I'm very fond of all of these colours, probably because you don't get them in the small boxes of pencils that I used to have as a child

The texture is the result of the fact that I didn't use the 'circle technique' that is normally advised for colour pencils... I'm expecting the censure of colour pencil diehards
