Again a great tit, Parus major, and maybe maple leaves. Done with coloured pencils on gray paper.

Nice handling around the bird's head, and overall design. I think if you pressed harder and/or created more saturated colors (possibly by layering) in certain areas you could really add a lot to this image. Right now parts of the bird, and the leaves, fade into the background - if you really saturated parts of the leaves with the pencil (one of the lighter colors) they would really jump forward, creating a lot of depth. (ie the light use of the pencil for the background allows a lot of the tooth of the paper to show, neutralizing the tone since it is a gray paper - by pressing harder for the bird/leaves, you overcome the tooth of the paper, and can thus produce much brighter colors)
You started to do this by hinting at feathers in the body, but can really go a lot further. From looking at some of your other pencil drawings I see that you are a very quick artist; perhaps if you forced yourself to spend a bit longer on an image you would find surprising results. But don't miss understand me, I don't mean that to be a criticism, so much as something just to try out. Being able to draw quickly is a skill unto itself. I wish I were faster.

You're totally right, I should have do some depth at the leaves, but now I don't want to change anything at the picture. Maybe the next time - and I promise, I'll spend more time on the drawings!
