Description
I decided that I really didn't like how sloppy and poorly-inked that Weapons I looked, so I redrew it digitally. It looks a lot sharper and 'clean' now, so I think this is the version that will make it into the RPG (the weapons are roughly to scale, although space constraints required that the polearms be a bit shorter than they really would have been). The old version can be found at [link]
The next task will be a similar sheet of more modern weapons.

Thanks! I tried to work in weapons from various different real-world cultures instead of the typical "everything is a European weapon" approach that fantasy usually takes.

They're all so nicely designed in a simplistic way. My favorite would hafta be the great sword.

Thank you! The dam dao greatsword is probably my favorite too, if only for the esoteric factor. Β And being a big firearms guy, the tenegashima as well.
Although you can't beat the sheer intimidation of the good old-fashioned European flanged mace...

True, the mace is somehow slightly underrated in both history and in the media, but at least it's only 'slightly'.

I think my favorite is the ram dao greatsword. Β That or the tanegashima.
