Then, is when you get a better comprehension of all the small things you missed at the moment they happened...

Precious detail, natural look, it's like Smeagol himself was posing for the painting. I can't find a flaw-it's perfect! The background and foreground are spectacular, deep glowing light warms the tones of the rocks and bathes the edges of shadows in faint colors and light. It all adds an extra layer to the picture that zooms the eye into Smeagol, while still echoing the overall emotion. Smeagol actually seems to be glowing, or maybe catching all of the light in the cavern. You can tell he is somewhere else than in the cave in his mind, and a part if him is trying to reach out to that moment. You also captured the kind of reflection off of water on the foreground.
I just noticed your signature; it's small, but beautiful. 
Regrets and grief, sentiments and fond memories, pain and scarring, soft smiles and happiness, fear and fleeing, love and tender hugs, loneliness and longing, passion and quick kisses, hate and bitterness, hope and wishes, and thoughts.
So many terrible and wonderful thoughtsess we encounters in the empty darkness.

The fact that you give such a great support to my art makes me very happy, and the way in which you describe what it made you feel as well as what you saw in it and what you liked about the techniques do help me a lot in understanding how the pictures I do are seen and perceived by others...thus, helping me to do them better every time!...
The small text which describes what might be passing across SmΓ©agol's mind at the time (which is exact to what I wanted to depict) I found it beautiful! You are very good at writing!...And certainly you made me know if all those feelings and thought do "shine out" from him there, then my mission with this picture was accomplished!
