Singarray is a member of the Teenage Super hero team called the Agenda! She is an Atlantean and has electric-type powers...she can release a powerful stinging jolt through the waters all around her and can also "sting" with a touch...paralyzing most victims for a few minutes...

She will be added to the roster as well as 's Servo and a few more..

their leader is a mysterious older super hero.. his design is being worked on..

The Agenda would be the equivalent of the X-men or Teen Titans, or X-force..lead by Samson but answerable to the top secret super hero leader I'm currently working on.. stay tuned for more!

their main enemy is T.H.R.E.A.T. a terrorist organization (similar to Gi Joe's Cobra) from a parallel dimension whose bent on creating anarchy and conquering this universe earth..

The Agenda is funded by the Illuminati and is sometimes made to follow their goal..

On occasion they slide into other dimensions to foil T.H.R.E.A.T. plans that can effect our Earth..

Stingarray is an Atlantean, but not from earth.. she was discovered off the coast of Florida by Scott Windham ( the Mighty Samson).. she was seeking her fellow comrades who had settled on Earth as a colony world, thousands of Years before Man.
