Description
Contrasted a painterly background with hard edges of an "animation-friendly" style of illustration. I really like this look. If I went back and touched this up, I would definitely add cel shading and highlights. I'd probably make the horizon line/break between background and foreground clearer too, but I do think the shadow does a decent job of leading the eye from foreground grass to the trees in the background on its own.
