Description
I am rather sick of some of my groups being overwhelmed with people that submit blank applications. So I think there should be an option to deny these automatically.What do you guys think?
EDIT: Thankyou so much for the DD! =TimberClipse for suggesting and ^ginkgografix for featuring it.
To all the people in the comments claiming this is lazy etc. It isn't, this is merely a suggestion that would help a lot of founders. If this were implemented, you always have the option of turning it off and allowing blank apps, so I'm not really sure why you are getting angry about an OPTION, not a permanent or compulsory change.
Thankyou to everyone that has left positive feedback and critiques, they are all greatly appreciated.

This would be very usefull for my group, you have to say whether you wanna be a teacher or student and everyone seems to 'forget'...
Though people could cheat by putting in some jibberish.

Supported! although I agree with what I think *SparkLum means, that it shouldn't just decline those requests, I think it'd be better if it gave an error message right away when you try to submit a blank application. Something along the lines of "This box cannot stay blank, as this group has set guidelines on what to fill in" I guess.
And I think it should come for both for join requests, as well as affiliation requests, since many groups require you to fill out a form for that as well, for example.

I agree with that, would be a much better idea then just declining them. Make it a requirement is a great idea. But also the option for the group to turn that requirement on or off since not all groups require you to fill out that box.

Yes.
Yeah, we should be able to turn it on or off But I guess that's why it's a box you can tick and untick.

Yeah. Something like that would also be good, but I didn't go to the trouble of making that lol.

Yessssssssssss
Or if it could pop up something for them that says "Bitch this app can't be blank, better be checking dem rules >:C "
Or, "We're sorry, but this application cannot be submitted without first filling in the required information."

Emphasis on the denial of the application? : D;
If it says "automatically", you know it means business. : P
