Actually, Hulk CAN destroy planets (Shown in the "Planet Hulk" Storyline). But Broly can destroy large chunks of a Galaxy so... it's kind of a moot point.

I think Hulk did that because of some energy discharge or a temporary power boost.Β But I'm not sure on that one so don't call me on that.Β The same argument was used for Thanos and that was debunked as an energy discharge, not brute strength.

I love Hulk but Broly wins. Hands down. Close combat or not, he's just too much for Hulk
Hulk has super-strenght, nothing more.
No skills, no super-speed, no energy blast.
At best, Hulk fans will just downplay Broly's OBVIOUS vast speed advantage over Hulk, as if it doesn't matter. It does, big time. Speed trumps strenght, Hulk can't hurt what he can't hit. Even if he does, I doubt it will have much effect, Hulk is only human. The fastest human on the DBZ universe is Krillyn, which happens to be slow in DBZ standards

Nah, Superman possesses super-speed too, like Goku and other saiyajins. Hulk does not.
Watch Cell vs Trunks, Goku elaborated:"The bigger the muscles are, the slower it becomes" logic says, it will need more strenght/effort and the bigger The Hulk grows, the stronger the gravity pulls him... and take note that Trunks used to training on hundred times gravity, unlike Hulk

It would really depend on which version of the Hulk that you put Brolly up against. Any version of Hulk from original to say pre-Planet Hulk yeah Brolly has better odds. But Planet Hulk or after the odds are on Hulks side.

I'd say that Brolly would win, being a huge DBZ-nerd, Hulk may have the power to go on with incredible power but Brolly is just insane and his tactics of fighting would surely wear Hulk down. Just look at how easily Brolly wiped out the Z fighters, and how much pain he caused in doing so. Goku got lucky with that last punch thou, so the better question is, Goku VS Superman.....food for thought.
