Damn. This took me 3 long and tiresome hours to finish. But now it's done. ^_^If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me.
I DID NOT draw the image used in the tutorial!!!!!

I never added color to this. What I did was use the color from the background of the screen shot. o3o

my sc won't paste into the 353x151, or do i have to find a image that's exactly that size? i'm confused...

To be honest with you I've never actually had this problem, so I don't know what to tell you. But I what I do know is that the image doesn't need to be the exact size of the sig.

For your information, the TUTORIAL took three hours to make, not the sig.
Now, next time you post a comment on someone's graphics be POSITIVE and give ADVICE on how to make improvements.

It mainly changes the "brightness" (if you wish to call it that) and the contrast of the image. I'm not sure how I can really explain it but that's mainly what it does.
I'll give you an example of how it changes the image.
