Description
Since people have been asking about how I do this, I decided to make a tutorial! I hope it helps :3 It's my first tutorial.If anyone has questions, don't be afraid to ask!

so, is it a new layer for each step, or is it all the layer above the original photo?
also, does this work with Corel?

It might work, I'm not sure.
Only color on the original layer, do the rest on the original. Hope that helps!

Color on the new layer, set it to 'color' first

ok, i was just wondering if it was a digital camera or not..
my camera sucks because if i try to take a picture of something up close, like an eye, it turns out blurry :c

It allows you to take close up pictures, usually its a flower symbol

Depending on how many mega pixels you've got, you might have to take the image further away and crop it.

Did you Brush arounf the Eye with grey or what did you do? *smirks* Sorry^^

Remember to do that on the new layer, and make sure it's on 'color' :3
