Description
Since people have been asking about how I do this, I decided to make a tutorial! I hope it helps :3 It's my first tutorial.If anyone has questions, don't be afraid to ask!

this is a great tut, but I am sick and kind of dumb right now, but are you doing the dodging and burning on the color layer of the actuall eye?

on step 4...how did you change the color of the skin?

and is there a way to email the sparkles and swirls brushes to me...when I downloaded them I don't know where they downloaded/saved to

This tutorial is awesome, and it helped me alot , but how do you do when you get these cool effects, on your other eyepictures ? The glowing stuff around it?

I love the tute but its not working like it should be.. especially when it goes from the skin colour to the greyish tone..

Try using different colors, I used that one, because it went well with my skin tone :3
