Description
Since people have been asking about how I do this, I decided to make a tutorial! I hope it helps :3 It's my first tutorial.If anyone has questions, don't be afraid to ask!

Thanks! Set the new layer to 'color' choose a color and color it! Hope that helps :3

my dodge tool and burn tool don;t seem to be working properly..
the burn tool doesn't seem to be doing anything and the dodge tool is turning the eye darker... o.O;;

Additionally, what did you do to create the squigly loops that you ahve had around your eyes? such ans the Sunburst in the sunburst eye pic.

this is awesome! i used it in paint shop pro, and even though the tools differ slightly, it still worked. thank you for teaching me how to use the burn tool!
