Description
This is my revamped OC - Chain.The old Chain looked so plain... (to me anyway) so I added just a few minor things whilst maintaining everything else.
It's amazing what a few accessories can do.
Since this one is the "with effects" version, I just added a few minor effects via photoshop to give Chain a more interesting look.
For the chains in the background I used a custom paintbrush which is why it looks so different.
The chains on Chain's body on the other hand, were drawn/painted by hand in photoshop.

I use Photoshop CS5. Main things I use are the brush and blur tools.
Custom paintbrush is the same as a brush tool but, it's in the shape of a "certain" object that you can customize

Will I Don't have A Pc The Only one who have Pc in my family is my Cousin She use sai & Photoshop for it's Drawing too It's really Kinda Uncomfortabla for me Using Tablet & Sai was It toks me like 4 hours to finish one drawing xD
I prefer Drawing in my IPad By using An App Called Art studio
