Oh I am so sorry for your loss. I know how much it hurts and how much it continues to hurt after everyone else thinks you are over it. No one prepares us for pain like this my poem too only scratches on the surface of so many emotions. I hope it could bring you some comfort, even knowing you are not alone with this sorrow sometimes helps.

Her poetry helps. You may like some of it. I use distraction, it helps. It never goes away, but the memories get sweeter. She'd be angry if I didn't enjoy life.
Her fiance can't move on, but finally threw himself back into his music. You're not alone.

thank you I have never been called a healer before. I think above all my writing, mostly all of this nature has served  as a therapy for my grief, it seemed good to get it all out into the open and share , like sharing my deepest thoughts with a good friend who understood my pain. when I go back and read them all over again I too feel a sense of cleansing and peace

Thanks that´s nice of you to say. I have been working on an illustrated poetry book for children with  fellow deviant and good friend Alina Kurbiel she paints beautifully and together we have compiled a book we are hoping to have published. Up to now we have not had much luck with literature agents or publishers but we´ll keep trying, someday it might happen
