If you love cats,they can help too...just listening to their magic purrrring when you're lonely or sad can be very therapeutic.The pain will never stop but you somehow get used to it and direct your life force in something meaningfull,like your beautiful art.

Yes I have a fur baby, sheΒ΄s 11 years old and loved to bits.
I am learning to cope with life on my own, it will never be easy and even now sometimes the loss over-comes me like a tsunami and I get lost in grief for days but you must always remember how far you have come and carry on .
