It's the image I'm drawn to most.
I'm sort of lost for words when i look at it or picture it in my head, because it's just that powerful and vivid.
I love it all... The giant eyeballs with that strange decaying hue around the rims, leading down the ghostly face to a tiny pursed pair of lips-with their colour reflecting the undereye area. Completely alluring but just so so creepy.
The fringe and forehead also give a kind of innocence to the portrayal.
Pure genius!
I can see this person making an appearance in the wonderful nightmares of mine.

I love the subtle green tint to the hair. I saw someone with hair like that the other day. I was mesmerized, but I think I annoyed them by staring. 
Also, I checked out the original stock photo, and I cannot believe that those shadows around the nose are your work. They look so real! The lip resize, too, is utterly seamless.
