I suck so much at drawing clouds. Gyaah. Another Photoshop doodle.Aaanyway.

You've got the basics down, but if you want to learn to draw clouds real well, I recomend this tuturial by Steven Stahlberg:

Absolutely beautiful. oo The dragon's so small, but you put so much detail into him. The clouds are amazing. It all has a rather whimsical fantasy look.

That's one helluva doodle...I don't particularly like the cream dabs on the wings, but other than that, it's awesome. I especially like the detail in the head and back. xD

I love the colours of the clouds, and the dragons colouring in contrast to the rest of the colours. It really makes it stand out!

awsome ^.^ the colors really do have that strange brightness and darkness that you see at high altitudes. the small size of the dragon also helps make him look large. i LOVE the colors you used on him. its very refreshing to see dragons with intersting patterns and colors like this. i think you did great on the clouds. they look so fluffy. though, hey are so bright, i woudl think the dragon would be a bit morehighlighted? or maybe not. hmmm. still its a great pic

I don't think your clouds suck. They came out pretty darn good, and the more you draw them, the better they'll get (which means they'll go from really good to "hot damn! Amazing!"

This has a *gorgeous* atmosphere of atmosphere and wonder. I'd love to see some more shape to the clouds, though, as well as some more of that beautiful orange reflected in the dragon.
