Didn't feel much like studying today so ... y'know

Tissues for light blending
Scanned, edited via Photoshop CS6, table texture from the web, transformed to get perspectives right.

Β A good artist sees things differently, you need to analyze what your eyes perceive, that's the hard part, the shadow is nothing but a blended sketch.
Note that for a 3D effect, the whole pic is distorted when viewed from above, so is the shadow.
