Description
My attempt to model Spyro. It went pretty nicely. Texturing isn't normally my strong point but it worked out nicely on this one.*Update: I have fixed a few problems and made a much nicer render. I have also fully rigged him for a total animation.
I used the program "Blender". You can download it at [link] It's free and has an extensive tutorial library.

Nope. You could try ripping the models from the game but that's a horrible process that I never got to work myself.

Nope, I just made it for fun. I don't feel like coding the LUA script for a Spyro NPC. Besides the Texture is only basic material rendering from blender, there is no actual texturing on the model which would probably prove extremely problematic for incorporating it as a Gmod model.

Spyros' eyes are purple, other then that, it's perfect!

I know there purple. But I made them blue out of personal preference.

I know his eyes aren't slitted and are purple...Since I made this model i decided to give it a bit of a personal touch. I like him better with blue slitted eyes. And thanks for the comment!

Nope no tablet required. Just a good'ol PC or Mac. In fact idk if it's out for tablets at all.

I've been using it for a while. It was a bit hard at first. There are a ton of hot keys and a lot of terminology for many functions but if you play around with it enought you eventually come to learn what everything does.
