Description
My first tutorial. 8DI was asked to make a tutorial on how I made my chakrams for my Axel cosplay. I finally got around to it.
If you use my tutorial, let me know. I'd like to see how well it worked for other people.

Thank you for uploading this. Axel has always been my fav Org. XIII member, and if I ever cosplay a guy, it would be him! Even shelling out $800 dollars for Abbeyshot Enigma coat (one day). You make a great Axel!!!

Wow, thank you for the comment and the fave. I'm glad my tutorial is helpful to you.
$800 for an Organization coat? That's really expensive. I only bought mine for about $120. And when I looked up the Abbyshot Enigma coat you mentioned, it was only $300. Either way, I hope you enjoy cosplaying Axel as much as I did.

Lol, mine is custom with red satin lining... that's why it's gonna be so expensive. And I definitely will enjoy! Thank you!

You can get foam core at a picture framing store or in the poster paper section of a craft store. Hope that helps.

Thank you.
I'm afraid I don't know how to make Marly's scythe, but I plan on doing it in the future. I'm in the middle of my next cosplay project so I may not do it for some time.

Kay, .3. I'll try find a way to make one or buy it off ebay if they actually have one.

Also allow me to point out how AWESOME those shots are at the bottom. Not that I know anything about Axel, but it looks pretty frickin' sweet.

No problem. They were some amazing props and it sounds like a good tutorial. (I haven't tried it out, so I wouldn't know for sure).

Yeah, my mom had a copy of every one of our life pictures on a USB when we came back. I finally got to looking for the shots of my chakrams so I could make this tutorial.

I'm glad you liked my tutorial. This was the first time I ever made a prop or a tutorial, but I'm pleased with how they both turned out.
I so want to cosplay as Marluxia at some point as well, so when I get the time to make his scythe I'll make a tutorial.
