Description

Everyone in the den, both animal and anthro, is all in shock to see the father and son fighting it out in their home. Lyndsey and the explorers are terrified at the sight of Zoma with his sharp claws and teeth, as he struggles with Alex.

Smiting Zoma in the side with his flaming branch, Alex knocks the enraged lion off of Christopher, before Zoma counters with one of his paws and throws his son to the side, before focusing his attention back to the explorers. As the lion charges towards them, Alex leaps back in front of him, and waves the flaming stick aggressively at Zoma, preventing the lion from causing any harm.

Alex: *quickly glancing at the explorers* GO!

The Professor and Christopher bolt back through the entrance of the den in a hurry, with Christopher making sure to remember this particular lion.

While her friends make their escape, Lyndsey follows behind, but suddenly turns around in realization for her friend.

Lyndsey: *saddened* Wait, Alex!

Alex: LYNDSEY, RUN!

As Lyndsey reluctantly obeys Alex and flees with the others, Alex sees they have safely escaped, and lowers the stick from his defensive stance.
